For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the uss77 website accessible at uss77.bio and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services operated by uss77.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses all games, betting markets, and financial services offered by uss77.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered for and holds a valid Account on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the IDR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, from which bets and wagers are funded and to which winnings and deposits are credited.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be turned over in eligible bets before any resulting balance may be withdrawn as real funds.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the uss77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.

• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.

uss77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account that does not meet the criteria above. Any winnings or bonuses accrued during a period of ineligibility shall be void and forfeited.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the uss77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using the same name, different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or using proxy servers, VPNs, or other technical means to obscure identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed without notice, and all balances and bonuses held within them will be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card, KTP), a valid mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, a valid email address, and your date of birth. uss77 uses this information to verify your identity, process withdrawals, and communicate with you regarding your Account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any SMS OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify uss77 support immediately via live chat. uss77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

uss77 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Indonesian KTP, a selfie photograph, and proof of your payment method (for example, a screenshot of your bank account or e-wallet registered name). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by uss77 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. KYC is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal above Rp 5.000.000.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

uss77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following local payment channels: bank transfers to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No international wire transfers or cryptocurrency payments are supported at this time.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via supported Indonesian bank transfer channels are typically credited to your uss77 Wallet within 60 seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the originating bank. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are credited instantly in most cases. uss77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer caps.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are processed within an average of three minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year — including during Indonesian national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and Idul Adha. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. uss77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or potentially fraudulent.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal may be processed, the Player must have met all applicable Wagering Requirements associated with any active Bonus. Withdrawals requested while an active Bonus with an outstanding Wagering Requirement is in place will result in the forfeiture of that Bonus and any winnings derived directly from Bonus funds. Real-money deposits and winnings derived exclusively from real-money play (with no active Bonus) are always withdrawable subject to standard KYC checks.

4.5 Declined Deposits

If a deposit is not credited to your Wallet within 30 minutes of transfer, please contact uss77 support via live chat with your transfer receipt. Do not attempt to re-send the same deposit without first contacting support, as this may result in a duplicate transaction that takes additional time to resolve.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives offered by uss77 are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for that promotion. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions apply in full.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any balance resulting from Bonus funds may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier (e.g., 30x, 25x) and the eligible game categories contributing to wagering turnover are specified in each promotion's dedicated terms page. Bets placed on games excluded from Wagering Requirement contribution will not count toward clearing a Bonus.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

uss77 takes a zero-tolerance approach to Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus more than once; using wagering patterns designed to exploit Bonus conditions without genuine recreational play intent (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"); providing false information to qualify for a Bonus; or colluding with other Players to fulfill Wagering Requirements artificially. Where Bonus abuse is identified, uss77 reserves the right to void all Bonuses, cancel all pending withdrawals derived from Bonus activity, and permanently close the Account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated Wagering Requirements expire within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired Bonuses and any associated pending winnings will be automatically removed from the Player's Wallet without further notice.

5.5 Promotion Eligibility

uss77 reserves the right to restrict any promotion to specific Player segments, geographic regions, deposit methods, or game categories. Players who do not meet the eligibility criteria for a given promotion will not receive the associated Bonus. uss77 further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already qualified for and received a Bonus at the time of withdrawal shall retain that Bonus subject to its stated terms.

6.1 Game Integrity

6.3 Sportsbook: Mix Parlay and Asian Handicap

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are subject to the minimum and maximum leg counts stated in the sportsbook interface at the time of placement. Asian handicap markets, including voor bola (the handicap spread applied to football matches), follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules. In the event of any ambiguity, uss77's sportsbook rules as published on the Platform shall govern settlement.

6.4 Disconnection and Technical Errors

In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, uss77's server logs shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Where a game round was completed and a result recorded server-side before disconnection, that result stands. Where no result was recorded server-side, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet. uss77 shall not be liable for any losses attributed to internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.5 Void Bets and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum qualifying time (as specified in the sportsbook rules for each sport), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For live betting markets, uss77 reserves the right to suspend or void markets where the integrity of a live event is in doubt.

All content on the uss77 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of uss77 or its licensed partners (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe). No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of uss77.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include any right to download, store, or redistribute Platform content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uss77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if uss77 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

uss77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

uss77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruption, or free from technical errors. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated via the Platform's notification system where practicable. uss77 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability, whether planned or unplanned.

uss77 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to uss77's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data uses include identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement communications.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which uss77 is incorporated and licensed to operate its online gaming platform internationally.
